We pull the current repair procedure for that make, model and year sectioning limits, approved joining methods, heat thresholds, torque figures, lift points and the parts that must be replaced rather than repaired. The method sets the job. The job doesn't set the method.
We assess the pack casing, mounts, cooling lines and surrounding structure for impact and deformation, including damage that isn't visible from the outside. If the pack needs a specialist inspection or the manufacturer requires involvement, we arrange it and tell you before any work proceeds.
Panel, structural and paint work is carried out using the approved methods and materials for that vehicle. Aluminium work is kept separate from steel to avoid contamination. Bake temperatures and cure times are controlled to stay inside the manufacturer's limits for a vehicle with a battery on board.
The high-voltage system is reinstated and tested, fault codes are cleared and read back, and any camera, radar or sensor affected by the repair is recalibrated so the driver-assist systems behave the way they did before the accident.
You get a record of what was done, which procedure was followed and which parts were used. That documentation is what protects your warranty position if the manufacturer ever asks how the vehicle was repaired.
